Kimberly Tsai Cawkwell

My first role as a lead in IEE was with Fallbrook Union Elementary School District (FUESD). At FUESD, we designed and facilitated a series of professional learning sessions to support the development of shared expectations for the meaningful integration of technology. With the voice and participation across various stakeholders, teacher leaders, principals, TOSAs and district personnel, we facilitated the creation of shared outcomes and a two year plan to support and measure the impact of the process. 

Using models of student work, protocols, research and active exploration using technology, we guided Fallbrook participants to craft their own understanding of what it meant to integrate technology meaningfully into their work.

It has been a pleasure working with the thoughtful and passionate educators in Fallbrook!
