September 3, 2014 Second day of School

Today as a teamwork challenge, we built bridges that connected our classroom tables using limited rulers and tape. Kids could explore their own creativity in creating their piece with the group. Here are reflections below:

They were different and creative - Sinqi

Teamwork is what build our bridge. We had to work together to create our bridge. - Cielo

We all had confidence that we could build it - Cassie

It was a structure and it was amazing - Tyler

I’m glad we could work together. It was fun building it. We made two bridges and we used our mind and used pencils as cars. It was fun. - Kira

Everyone was not only working together but they were sharing ideas. The more teamwork you put into an idea the better it will work. - Jennifer

I liked how everyone did a bridge and they all looked different. - Aquetzalli

I liked how some people, all of us, we thought really creatively. That one has the middle connected to the top and bottom. That one I liked how they used the pencils as cars. It was really creative. All the other ones were interesting to see what strategies everybody has. - Isabel
