Dear Parents,
 

 

Encouraging reading is one of the most important things we can do to help your child succeed. It can be tough finding the right books to keep them interested, which is why I am so excited that our class will be participating in Scholastic Reading Club.

With Scholastic Reading Club:

• Every book you buy earns FREE Books for our classroom library

• You can choose from handpicked, grade- and reading-level-specific books for your child

• You'll find the best values on a variety of formats, including eBooks

Each month, your child will bring home Reading Club flyers. Together you can choose from books hand-selected by teachers and experts, and then order online or by returning your order form and payment to me.

 

To order, EITHER turn in your paper orders to me with checks (payable to Scholastic) by the end of class on the due date or you can order online anytime and pay with a credit card prior to 8pm on the due date.  

 

 

ONLINE:  If you have previously ordered online, simply go to the Signin page and use your email address and password.  If you are new to online ordering, please go to the Registration page to register yourself and use my Class Activation Code KX969 when prompted.  Once registered, you can sign in to order.   

 

Here's how it works:

1.    Use the following link:  www.scholastic.com/parentordering
to access the Scholastic Reading Club’s website.  

2.    Browse the titles with your child(ren), and place your order with your credit card.  The deadline for ordering is 8pm on my catalog due date.

3.    Your credit card payment goes directly to Scholastic's secure server. There's no need to send money or forms to school.  You’re done!
