How do Forces of Nature & Environment
Impact our Local Habitats?
Written By Brody
My name is Brody and I am a second grader at HTe North County. My class went to clean up Carlsbad Beach and noticed lots of trash! We decided to create a project about our dilemma. The essential question for our project was, "How do forces of nature and environment our local habitats?" We learned how trash and pollution impact the animals that live in our local habitats.
Please read my research below to learn more about our project and how you can help protect our local habitats.
The Clear Skinned Jellyfish
__________________
Once there was a clear skinned jellyfish, he was sleeping on his bed. On that dark night a blue turtle appeared and ate the baby eggs! The jellyfish woke up and camo flashed. The blue turtle ran in the jellyfishes bedroom. The jellyfish uncamouflaged and stung the blue turtle! The blue turtle ran out the window. But there was one more jellyfish egg, and it cracked right open! The jelly fish fed the baby and they fell past a sleep. The parents went in the jellyfishes bedroom and the baby was snuggling with the clear skinned jellyfish.
Later on the turtle… the turtle found a jellyfish and ate it but it was a plastic bag! The turtle found a broken up ship, so he ran straight to it. He found this barrel that was full of jellyfish but they were just plastic bags!
Later at the house the baby was looking for her parents she looked in the hallway and the closet she went down stairs and found the parents and the clear skinned jellyfish!
The end
Special thanks to:
The parents of 2nd Grade HTe and
Plastic bags are more than plastic bottles. Paper bags have the least trash. Plastic bags has the most trash.
